Best for high production and continuous applications, this strapping machine offers toolless guide access, an HMI interface for extended operator ease and setup options and can run 5mm to 12mm strapping, with no conversion parts required.

Using high performance heads and components to produce securely unitized corrugated loads, this machine comes equipped with three strapping heads for flexibility and is built from structural steel to survive demanding plant environments. 

Designed for securing bulk loads of PET, glass bottles, aluminum, steel and composite cans, this easy-to-maintain machine is equipped with a reliable strapping head that automatically indexes up to 14” to the load side, ensuring tight, secure and accurate polyester strap placement.

With two, three and four head configurations available this strapping solution offers fast cycle times, simple strap feeding from the side and a reliable electric design. 

Offering a hands-free package protection process, this machine also includes top safety features, automatic bunk carriage magazines, flat fiber edge protector dispensers and the ability to produce up to 25,000 lbs. of compression force. 

Requiring less floor space due to its smaller footprint, this machine can handle up to 220 loads/hr. Its head is lightweight, under 50 lbs., and can be quickly changed without any tools. It also features a safety-light screen, separate electrical voltage panels and a five-year limited warranty.

We offer custom-designed wrapping equipment, like our MEC DAGI-1800, which can dispense stretch film, paper and/or woven fabric and package up to 20 coils per hour.

This unique system lets an entire bagging line to be operated by one person, allowing them to pull two USDA, JCIBPC required pre-cut samples and deliver to them to the operator.
